Payout has failed to be processed.

When your payment is not paid out to your PayPal account, it may be for the following reasons. 

・Amount of money in your account is below 1,000 yen or $10 which is the minimum required amount of payout. 

・E-mail registered on PayPal account is different.
→ In this case, please check your e-mail address again. If rewards are sent to an account that doesn’t exist on Paypal, Paypal will resend the rewards to your Conyac account.

Your account is not upgraded to premium or business account.
→ In order to upgrade your account, log into to your PayPal account and follow the steps of PayPal for verification of your account. For details, please go to the PayPal website

 

However Paypal will take 30 days from the day we have sent you rewards. The rewards will automatically be refunded to your Conyac account after that. 
 

Please make sure to confirm all of the above.
If all of the above are met, your deposit will go through on the 10th of the following month.
